We thank all who have a been a big help already in our goal to keep as many pets out

of high kill shelters, off the streets, taken from abused situations, socialize scared pets....

We could not achieve the hundreds of saved lives per year if it wasn't for our very special support group of animal lovers :)

Hope To See

CHRISTMAS!!

Supporting Mississauga Humane Society

**All Proceeds from this charity event are donated to the Mississauga Humane Society to help rescue as many animals as possible and help in the fight to continue to save lives!

Pet Food Drive:

Although our event is only for two days, we will still accept pet food donations for the entire month of December. We are asking for quality Cat & Dog, sealed, canned/bagged food donations. Donations toward special/medical diets for pets with special needs is also greatly appreciated!

**We are also accepting any pet accessories, cat litter, pet carriers, etc. (Please contact Rose, the event coordinator, ahead of time for drop off of larger items)

Our Mission: The Mississauga Humane Society is a not for profit organization of passionate animal loving volunteers, dedicating their time and resources for the well being of every animal saved. Unfortunately due to increased intake and depleted funds, MHS has nearly reached it's capacity and can temporarily no longer accept any more pets.

We are in dire need of volunteers & foster homes as our adoption rooms are getting full and we are running out of space and funds. With winter around the corner, it is imperative that we provide homes for as many homeless cats/dogs that we can, to ensure no one is left out in the cold weather.

We hope to be able to encourage more of those with big hearts, wanting to help rehabilitate rescued or unsocialized pets and donate their time, love/care & shelter space, by being able to provide food and Vet care with the food provided from the Pet Food Drive and donations we receive.

Donations collected go to the veterinary expenses incurred from examinations, vaccinations neuter/spays, microchipping, medications & treatments, life saving surgeries/procedures, boarding/shelter fees and emergency expenses incurred by our pets in foster care, surrendered/abandoned, rescued from high kill shelters, in our on site adoption rooms & our feral cat colonies.
